INTEGRATED SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
Integrated Submission Grappling is a hybrid grappling system that is based in Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling. Catch Wrestling was developed in Britain in 1870 and it is thought to have come to America with Irish immigrants, and gained popularity in the states through carnival strong men issuing standing challenges to all comers to try and defeat them. Two of the main tenets of Catch Wrestling are pain and pressure.
